During this period, the social side of KaraokeCrowd became much more defined in development, and the catalog grew quickly so the future launch would have more real places and better information.

- Behind the scenes, friend requests, attendee context, and richer RSVP states were coming together
- Behind the scenes, profile tabs, bios, and guide-related profile surfaces were getting more complete
- Behind the scenes, map filtering and event-browsing flows were becoming more capable
- Behind the scenes, review and edit workflows were broadening for event and event-series submissions
- The catalog grew quickly, with many more venues and recurring series added in this period
- Venue data became richer, including more social links and metadata
Why it matters
This was the period where the new site started to feel less like a database and more like a real social product.
