Launch prep kept getting more solid

This work happened behind the scenes. The new site was not yet live.

During this period, the main focus was launch prep: reducing release friction and getting the path to launch into a safer state.

What's new

• Behind the scenes, release prep kept moving forward
• Behind the scenes, deployment and testing workflows were being hardened to reduce launch fragility
• Behind the scenes, the cutover path was becoming more repeatable and less improvised

Why it matters

This was the point where the work shifted from broad feature building toward making the launch path sturdier.
