1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply when you visit karaokecrowd.com, create an account, submit contributions, upload images, or use any KaraokeCrowd feature. The service is operated by Makerprism UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Halbergstr. 4, 66121 Saarbrücken, Germany.
2. Accounts and age
Accounts are only for people who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk.
3. Community contributions
You may submit venues, hosts, karaoke nights, corrections, reports, comments, and related evidence. Only submit information you have a good reason to believe is accurate and lawful to share. By submitting a contribution, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, edit, translate, publish, and display it as part of KaraokeCrowd and related moderation, audit, and backup systems.
4. Listing data
KaraokeCrowd is a community-maintained directory. We try to keep listing data useful and current, but karaoke schedules, venue details, and event status can change without notice. Check important details directly with the venue or host before making plans.
5. Rules of conduct
Do not submit illegal, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, spammy, or rights-infringing content. Do not scrape, overload, attack, reverse engineer, or try to bypass security or access controls. Do not impersonate someone else or claim management rights for a business you do not represent.
6. Images and uploaded content
Only upload images and other content you have the right to share. Do not upload private, intimate, unsafe, or unlawful material. We may review, reject, remove, resize, crop, moderate, or delete uploaded content at any time.
7. Changes, availability, and removal
KaraokeCrowd is provided as an evolving service. Features may change, pause, or disappear. We may edit or remove content, reject contributions, limit access, or stop providing the service where needed for operations, safety, legal compliance, or product direction.
8. No warranty and liability
The service is provided without a promise that it will always be available, complete, accurate, or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability where German law does not allow that limitation, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory rights.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or operating needs change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects account users, we will take reasonable steps to make the change visible.
10. Governing law
German law applies, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
