Manage your host page day to day
Add shows, confirm dates, update schedules, and handle cancellations, moves, pauses, and endings.
Open My Listings and choose your host profile.
Add a recurring show or special date
Select Add a show.
- Choose Recurring karaoke night for an ongoing schedule.
- Choose One-off event for a single special date.
- For an irregular schedule, choose Irregular and add each confirmed date under Shows.

Confirm an upcoming date
Open Shows. Select one or more dates and confirm them. Confirm dates you checked with the venue, found in a current host or venue post, or run yourself.
A confirmation applies to the selected dated event. It does not change the recurring schedule.
Cancel or reschedule one date
Open Shows and select the dated event.
- If the date is cancelled, cancel that event.
- If the date moved, use Reschedule to connect the original date to the replacement.
The recurring show continues after either change.
Change, pause, move, or end a recurring show
Open the recurring karaoke night and choose the matching action:
- Edit it when the regular day, time, or repeat pattern changes.
- Set Ends on when a seasonal or limited run has a known final date.
- Pause it for a temporary break.
- Mark it as ended when it stops permanently.
- If it moves to another venue, end the old recurring show and add a new one at the new venue.
Submit the change. The confirmation page shows whether it is live or awaiting review.
Update your public details
Open Profile to change your public name, city or service area, booking availability, links, song list, languages, specialties, or usual setup. Add only contact details you want to publish.
Fix a show missing from your host page
If the show already exists on the venue page, link your host profile to it. Do not create the show again.
Check the public page
Open View public page after a change. Check the venues and upcoming dates.
